We are excited to be working with a well-established, 11-doctor hospital in Martinsburg, WV, who are looking for a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. With roots in the community dating back nearly 50 years, this hospital has built an exceptional reputation for high-quality, compassionate care across general practice, surgery, and dentistry. The facility itself is modern and well-equipped, offering preventative care, diagnostics, soft-tissue surgeries, dentistry, laser therapy, and an in-house pharmacy. You’ll be supported by a skilled team that includes seven registered veterinary technicians and a number of highly experienced support staff. The environment here is collaborative and supportive, with mentorship available for recent graduates and clinical autonomy for more experienced doctors. This is a full-service, community-focused practice where pets are treated as family, and doctors are encouraged to develop their own special interests while contributing to a culture of learning and respect.
