Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Racine/Kenosha, WISchedule: Full-time | 2nd shift | 4 Nine Hour Shifts Per Week | Wednesday through Saturday, 12pm-9pm  Compensation: $17-$20 per hour, Applicable Shift Differentials +3/hr from the hours of 4pm-midnight Why join Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center Racine/Kenosha: We are dedicated to providing patients, clients, and referring veterinarians the highest quality emergency and specialty veterinary medical care. This role is ideal for technicians who want to advance their emergency skills, work at the top of their license, and be part of a highly collaborative, well-supported team. In  your day-to-day, you will: Greet and welcome clients with a friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor. Schedule appointments, assist with emergencies, and respond to client requests while delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive client experience. Prepare, review, and maintain medical records, client files, and other documentation accurately and in compliance with hospital and legal requirements. Educate clients about hospital services, policies, and procedures, providing clear and helpful guidance. Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately. Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, faxing, emailing, and other office support tasks. Collaborate effectively with team members to support hospital operations and achieve shared goals. Recognize situations that fall outside established protocols and seek guidance when appropriate to ensure the best outcome for clients and patients What you Bring:  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, referring veterinarians, and team members. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while ensuring every client is greeted warmly and professionally. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain detail-oriented. Self-motivated, dependable, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service with a positive attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Windows-based computer programs, data entry, and multi-line phone systems. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required. Passion for providing exceptional client care and a genuine love for animals. Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming hospital environment. Fluency in spoken and written English is required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
