In your day-to-day, you will: Support the health and wellbeing of pets by performing proficient patient triage, speedy trauma assessments, extensive diagnostics, emergency patient stabilization, and in-depth patient care Utilize your technical skill sets by executing tasks such as restraint, phlebotomy, catheter placement, general nursing care, drug calculations from fluid rates to CRIs, in addition to monitoring general anesthesia and more! Work closely with veterinarians, veterinary technicians and support teams Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture What you Bring: Certified Veterinary Technician credentials highly preferred for this role. Emergency or Specialty experience is highly preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a Veterinary Hospital setting is required. Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required. Maintain a positive outlook and ability to contribute in a collaborative environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service is expected. Strong Technical skills including phlebotomy, medication calculations, and radiology positioning.
