Job Description

The Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center (WVRC) in Racine, WI is hiring a per diem Certified Veterinary Technician! Schedule and Compensation:1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities available$25/hour or higher, depending on experienceShift differential for applicable shifts; $3/hr for the hours of 4pm-12am, $5/hr for the hours of 12am - 8amQualifications and Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a Veterinary Hospital setting is required. Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) is required. Emergency or Specialty experience is highly preferred. Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required Maintain a positive outlook and ability to contribute in a collaborative environment Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service is expected Strong Technical skills including phlebotomy, medication calculations, and radiology positioning.
