This state-of-the-art practice is where personalized care meets cutting-edge facilities. Established for over 40 years, they have been a cornerstone of the community, championing long-term relationships and gold-standard veterinary care. Their purpose-built 18,000 sqft facility boasts 10 exam rooms, advanced diagnostic suites, rehab areas, and more—setting the stage for unparalleled care. With an expansive team of 50, driven by collaboration and dedicated to delivering gold-standard care. From their amazing seven DVMs to their highly skilled certified techs to their warm and supportive client service staff, everyone plays a pivotal role in providing the best possible experience and service. Key Highlights: * One of Waukesha County’s best full-service veterinary hospitals! * State of the Art 18,000 sqft facility with all the equipment you could hope for including CT * Experienced 7-DVM team, 7 CVTs & 12 assistants. Where growth is fully supported and encouraged * Varied and exciting caseload – Where you will continually evolve as a veterinarian * No overnights and excellent work-life balance About You * Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent. * To hold or have a Wisconsin state veterinary license which MUST be in good standing. * A dedicated veterinarian with a minimum of 1 year’s experience. * A passion for providing a superior veterinary experience for both patients, clients & and colleagues. * An excellent work ethic and keen to advance your career. * Someone who takes pride in their work and strives to provide the best outcome to their * patients and their owners. * The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability. * A collaborative mindset & desire to elevate others. Benefits: * Competitive compensation package, base salary range $125,000 - $150,000 with 20% production!
