Requirements
Welcome to a veterinary clinic where collaboration comes naturally, humor is part of the daily rhythm, and the environment feels both uplifting and grounded. We’re a high-functioning, caffeine-fueled group of strong personalities who speak candidly, support each other wholeheartedly, and occasionally forget that “inside voice” is a thing. We’re not corporate, we’re not overly polished, and we’re definitely not the spa-like workplace you see in recruiting videos. Once you settle into our humor, honesty, and occasional off-key singing, it’s easy to see why people enjoy being part of this team. We believe veterinary medicine is better when you have skilled people around you who genuinely have your back. 🩺 The Opportunity We’re looking for a **Relief Veterinarian** to join us on an as-needed basis, with the potential for full/part time. This is a great opportunity for a veterinarian who values flexibility and wants to work with a team that is organized, supportive, clinically strong, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. You’ll step into a well-established practice, work alongside an experienced team, and have the support you need to provide excellent care without feeling like you’re walking into chaos alone. Whether you’re looking for occasional relief shifts, a flexible schedule, or an opportunity to get to know our practice, we’d love to hear from you. ⭐ What You’ll Do - Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care - Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care using low-stress handling techniques - Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients - Work collaboratively with our veterinary and support teams - Maintain thorough and accurate medical records - Step comfortably into our established workflows and protocols - Help maintain a positive, respectful, and occasionally ridiculous team environment 🎓 What We’re Looking For - DVM/VMD degree and active state licensure - Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with sound medical judgment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered medicine - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team - Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to jump in where needed - A good sense of humor and the ability to roll with a little organized chaos 🐾 Why Relief With Us? You’ll have the opportunity to practice good medicine, work with a capable support team, and enjoy a workplace where you can be yourself. We’re looking for someone who can walk through the door, plug into the team, and feel comfortable being part of the madness.
