This is an outstanding opportunity to join a team of 3 DVMs with a forward-thinking approach to veterinary medicine. Here, modern medicine meets old-fashioned values — a true family environment where teamwork, compassion, and client relationships come first. The hospital is housed in a welcoming, thoughtfully designed facility featuring a full in-house laboratory, digital radiography, and ultrasound capabilities. A wide range of surgeries are performed on-site, supported by access to board-certified pathologists for quick and accurate pathology results. While the primary caseload consists of dogs and cats, the team also treats exotic pets, offering a variety of clinical opportunities. What truly sets this opportunity apart is the team culture. Many staff members have been with the practice for decades, a testament to the deep respect, loyalty, and collaboration that define the workplace. The leadership is deeply invested in staff development and well-being, understanding that a happy team is key to delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, family-oriented veterinarian who shares the team's commitment to treating every patient as if they were their own. Whether you’re an experienced doctor or a recent graduate, the practice offers a supportive environment, with mentorship readily available for those looking to refine their skills. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including a 401(k) with employer contribution, health insurance allowances, and paid time off. If you are seeking a long-term opportunity where you can truly make a difference, be supported by a dedicated team, and grow both professionally and personally, we’d love to hear from you!
