Client Service Representative (CSR)

Our close knit, community-oriented independent practice is seeking team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are committed to providing quality, evidenced based care to our clients and patients while also developing long lasting relationships with them. Duties include front desk greeting/check-in, managing computer medical records, answering a high call volume multi-line phone system, entering charges, collecting payment, and various other tasks to help our clinic run smoothly. The current CSR opening is for 30 to 40 hrs/wk, and includes two Saturday shifts per month. Growth opportunities exist for applicants who show interest and aptitude for taking on new tasks. Excellent benefits. Ferry fare reimbursement is provided for off island commuters. We are looking for applicants who are: • reliable and punctual • caring and professional, even in busy or stressful situations • detail-oriented and meticulous when dealing with invoicing and processing medical records • able to communicate well with clients and co-workers (in person, by phone, and by email) • able to help clients in what can be a very fast paced environment • extremely proficient with computers and willing to learn use of electronic medical records • committed to being team players, have a sense of humor, and willing to help out however they can Must be able to lift 40 lbs, and have no animal, chemical, or scent sensitivities. We do not mind if you have piercings, tattoos, or fabulous hair. *Of course you don’t have to be Queer to work here, but you do have to be accepting of others
