Job Description

Shoreline Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment. This is a full-time position, with availability needed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30am-6pm and every other Saturday from 9am-1pm. We are a dynamic, three-doctor, small animal hospital that does routine soft-tissue surgery, dentals, and preventative care, while also seeing urgent cases as needed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
