Job Description

We’re working with a long-established, privately owned full-service veterinary hospital with a strong reputation for exceptional patient care and quality medicine. This modern, light-filled 2,000 sq ft clinic offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team that truly values work-life balance and professional fulfillment. The hospital is exceptionally well-equipped, featuring two spacious exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, X-ray and treatment areas, a pharmacy, in-house lab, and dedicated parking for staff. Their advanced equipment includes a CO₂ laser, microscope, centrifuge, and full dental capabilities. With two veterinarians a practice manager, and a seasoned support team, you’ll enjoy a highly favorable DVM-to-tech ratio and a culture centered on patient well-being, not production quotas. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, with no weekends, no on-call, and no emergencies. You’ll manage a diverse small animal caseload, and enjoy autonomy with support, ideal for a veterinarian with some prior experience open to integrative medicine and eager to join a loyal, down-to-earth team. Key Highlights • Established, privately owned hospital (since 2000) with a stellar reputation for both holistic and conventional care • Modern 2,000 sq ft facility: 2 exam rooms, surgical suite, X-ray, in-house lab, and staff kitchen • Advanced equipment: CO₂ laser, microscope, centrifuge, dental and minor surgical capabilities • Work alongside a supportive and experienced team with several long-standing staff members • Flexible, part-time schedule weekdays only (no weekends, no on-call) • DVM-to-tech ratio of 4–5 support staff per veterinarian • Patient-centric culture with no production pressure-focus on quality, not quotas About You • DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US • You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Washington state • Minimum 1–2 years’ clinical experience preferred • Passion for dentistry is a plus but not essential • Collaborative, kind, and keen to join a supportive team culture • Committed to individualized patient care and building strong client relationships
