Elliott Bay Animal Hospital is currently seeking a full-time licensed veterinary technician to join our growing team! We are seeking a motivated licensed veterinary technician who is looking for long-term employment with an established veterinary practice. Our work family is the heart of our business and we are looking to add a compassionate and enthusiastic new team member. We are a progressive, eight-doctor, AAHA accredited and Cat Friendly-certified hospital seeking a self-starting professional able to bring passion and value to our amazing team. Our ideal candidate must be able to provide excellent customer care as well as perform the duties necessary to support the clinic and assist our veterinarians. They must be detail oriented, reliable, self-starting, and genuinely care and be concerned for our patients’ well-being. They must be self-motivated and take direction on tasks that can be completed in a timely fashion, with or without supervision. Previous experience and a valid license with the Department of Health preferred however new graduates will be considered. Job responsibilities include patient care, client service and education, anesthesia, laboratory, surgery and support to our veterinarians, as well as many other technical and clerical skills. This is a full time position, with great benefits and even greater people. (Many of us have worked at Elliott Bay for well over 10 years.)
