Job Description

Maple Leaf Veterinary Care Center in north Seattle invites you to apply for a Full Time Veterinary Receptionist - Client Care Coordinator position. We are a growing, well-staffed hospital committed to providing exceptional care to our clients and their pets and were voted "Best Veterinary Clinic" by Seattle Magazine in 2020. Our receptionists are highly respected and appreciated in our hospital and we let it show! At this time we are only considering receptionists with previous experience providing customer care in a veterinary hospital. Full time applicants preferred but will consider part time applicants. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who: takes pride in being the first contact of our hospital with the public and is both friendly and outgoing is comfortable answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, accurately maintaining patient records, maintaining reception area, and is knowledgeable about the care and treatment of pets has the necessary computer, typing, and software skills to utilize an easy to learn practice management program is self motivated and able to stay calm in a fast paced environment while working efficiently and able to prioritize work load is able to comfortably lift 40 pounds and sit or stand for significant periods of time has a reliable means of transportation We take pride in our professionalism and enjoy what we do! Our clinic is located in a friendly, relaxing neighborhood next to a park and coffee shops. We also able to pay ABOVE the industry norm!
