Requirements
The client care coordinator is the client's first contact when calling or visiting our practice and as such represents the professional image of our practice to callers and visitors. They answer telephones and emails, greet clients, prepare patient files, receive and relay client correspondence, update client financial records and process client invoices. The exceptional client care coordinator has the ability to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding while working to maintain a positive team environment within the hospital.
