Job Description

We are working on behalf of a well established veterinary group in Puyallup, WA that is looking to welcome a full time or part time Associate Veterinarian to their growing team. This practice takes a distinctive approach to veterinary care by investing in experienced, licensed veterinary technicians and paying them a career wage, which means doctors can focus on medicine while working closely with a highly skilled support team. In this role, you will perform routine wellness and illness examinations, work up cases, and provide veterinary consultation for both pet owners and technicians in a collaborative, supportive environment. This is a great fit for a doctor who wants to practice quality medicine backed by a strong technician team, without carrying the administrative weight of running daily operations alone. The practice is devoted to providing accessible pet care to the local community and values mentorship, guidance, and a team focused culture. Compensation follows a ProSal model with no negative accrual, so you are rewarded for your production without the risk of falling into debt during quieter periods. Doctors are encouraged to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members as part of a close knit clinical team.
