Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who is ready to step into (or continue flourishing in) a leadership role while still enjoying regular time on the floor practicing high-quality medicine. You’ll be leading a team of two veterinarians supported by a skilled technical staff that is comfortable handling complex cases and maintaining efficient patient flow. There are no weekends, no after-hours, and no emergency shifts, allowing you to step into clinical and leadership responsibilities without compromising your work–life balance. As Medical Director, you’ll have a voice in medical standards, team culture, workflow improvement, and clinical protocols, with full support from a leadership team.
