Job Description

$5,000 sign-on bonus New graduates welcome. We're looking for a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team of 8 veterinarians, 5 LVTs, and support staff at our AAHA-accredited, privately owned practice in Lynnwood. You'll work closely with our doctors while providing excellent patient care and day-to-day leadership for our support staff. We're an employee-centered practice with a mission to help pets live happier, healthier, longer, and pain-free lives. A minimum of 30 hours per week qualifies for full-time benefits. Duties Include Assisting veterinarians and performing tasks as directed Checking in appointments and recording detailed histories with TPR Restraint, IV catheter placement, blood draws, laboratory work, and dental cleanings Assisting with surgery and monitoring anesthesia Communicating clearly with clients and the veterinary team Guiding, mentoring, and supporting fellow team members — our LVTs set the standard the support staff learn from Requirements Washington veterinary technician license (LVT) required Must be available every other Saturday, 9 AM – 4 PM New graduates welcome — we provide training and mentorship References requested after initial screening Benefits Health & insurance (medical/dental/vision, pet benefits Life + AD&D, short- and long-term disability, EAP) Financial ($5,000 sign-on, SIMPLE IRA match to 3%, employee discount) Time off (PTO, vacation, flexible scheduling) Schedule Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–7 PM Sat 9 AM–4 PM Job Type: Full-time
