Experienced Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for full-time/part-time reliable individuals with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Individuals will work closely with our providers and staff providing excellent care to our patients for appointments and surgeries. Work may be split between two locations, 5 miles apart. An ideal candidate must present a friendly and professional demeanor. Locations Cedar Plaza Vet Clinic, Mountlake Terrace, WA (www.cdvets.com) Martha Lake Vet, Lynnwood, WA (www.mlvets.com) Responsibilities and Duties Providing excellent customer service and foster positive interactions with patients and staff. Manage front desk responsibilities including check-ins, check-outs, schedule appointments, and more. Positively represent the organization. Qualifications and Skills Must be available on Saturdays. Veterinary clinic experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel or similar. Referral contacts are required after the initial screen.
