Veterinary Practice Manager

Value Pet Clinic, a privately owned veterinary practice in Bellevue, Wa. is seeking a practice manager. We are a veterinary hospital devoted to providing excellent medical care at a great value for our client’s pets. The practice manager works in coordination with the doctors with full accountability for providing excellent service to our clients in an efficient, well run operation. Generous sign on bonus with contract. Job Responsibilities Direct and supervise the daily job duties of the Team Members in the practice. Including scheduling Responsible for the daily operations of the hospital Handle client communications and complaints in a manner that consistently improves our client relations Set monthly financial and operational performance goals and identify opportunities for improvement to achieve these goals Implement best practices in the hiring, training, and retention of Team Members; Knowledge &Skills Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize resources Ability to deal with difficult situations such as high-level patient service issues and discussions with our vendors Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks both efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize duties, demonstrating exceptional time-management skills with attention to detail Education / Work Experience Preferable to have veterinary office experience however will consider other experience that would contribute to the skills of a veterinary practice manager
