The Position: We are looking to add a full-time client service representative (CSR) to our exceptional team of compassionate and hardworking individuals. Our CSRs play such an important role in our practice, serving as liaisons between our clients and our technical team to ensure that the very best care is provided for our patients, and that our clients are heard and their needs are met. Our CSRs are the front face of our clinic, and the relationships they develop with our clients are strengthened throughout their visit with the rest of the team. Best of all, our CSRs get to greet and love on all the adorable dogs and cats that arrive for their appointments! Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who can seamlessly integrate with our fabulous team while upholding our values and mission to provide the very best care to our patients and clients.
