We hold regular staff meetings, DVM check-ins, and leadership touchpoints to ensure everyone stays aligned, and we’re quick to implement changes when something can be improved. - Structured Surgery & Efficient Scheduling: We offer designated surgery days each week, with an average of 3 surgeries per day, performed in the mornings followed by appointments in the afternoons. Each doctor has a consistent surgery day, and we prefer candidates who are comfortable with both surgery and dentistry (though we’re open to discussion).
