WHAT YOU'LL DO  Surgical Support & Patient Care  Serve as scrub and/or circulating technician for soft tissue and orthopedic surgical procedures  Prepare and maintain sterile fields, surgical instrument packs, and implant inventories  Perform patient preparation including surgical site clipping, aseptic prep, and positioning  Assist with anesthetic induction and support the anesthesia team throughout procedures as needed  Monitor patients during recovery and communicate post-operative status to the care team  Assist surgeons with wound management, bandaging, and discharge preparation  Instrumentation & Equipment  Maintain, clean, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment following established protocols  Manage orthopedic implant inventory and loaner sets, coordinating with vendors as needed  Ensure readiness and functionality of surgical suite equipment including electrosurgery units, suction, and power tools  Track and restock surgical supplies; flag low inventory and expiring items  Team & Standards  Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and technical staff across departments to support seamless surgical care  Train and mentor technician assistants and new staff on surgical preparation, sterile technique, and instrument handling  Contribute to the development and maintenance of surgical SOPs and protocols  Uphold OSHA, DEA, and hospital compliance standards within the surgical suite  BENEFITS  We're passionate about helping you reach your greatest potential—both at work and at home.
