Veterinarian – Springfield, VT About the Role: An opportunity is available for a Veterinarian in Springfield, Vermont, within a progressive, full-service small animal hospital offering strong clinical support, mentorship, and surgical exposure. This role is suitable for both new graduates and experienced veterinarians, with a busy and varied caseload that supports professional development in medicine, diagnostics, and surgery. The position offers a strong focus on patient care, client relationships, and collaborative practice within a close-knit team environment. Located in Southern Vermont with excellent access to major cities including Boston, Burlington, Montreal, and New York City, this role also offers an attractive lifestyle balance with extensive outdoor recreation opportunities. About the Practice: This is a well-established small animal hospital serving a loyal and engaged client base within a strong community setting. The practice operates from a fully renovated, modern facility equipped with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technology, including endoscopy, digital full-body and dental radiography, ultrasound, PRP therapy, and a comprehensive in-house laboratory. The hospital is supported by a dedicated and long-tenured team, including experienced veterinary technicians, fostering a highly collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The caseload is busy and varied, offering excellent opportunities for skill development and surgical experience.
