River Cove Animal Hospital in Williston, Vermont, is looking for a hardworking, energetic, organized person with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. We are a small animal hospital that focuses on high quality medicine and exceptional client service. River Cove is a busy, fast passed collaborative work environment. As our client service specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, answer multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, processing payments, dispensing medications and ensuring that our reception area looks its best. Our ideal candidate is professional, mature and reliable, while also possessing exemplary communication skills. It is also important that you have the desire to learn and the ability to adapt and grow. Previous customer service experience is required. Full time employment is preferred but we will consider part time as well. Schedule can be flexible but does require some evenings and Saturdays.
