Our team of healthcare professionals include veterinarians, certified technicians, trained assistants, receptionists and kennel staff. Our dedicated staff is our greatest asset. Each member of our staff pursues continuing education to keep current on the latest medical advances and techniques. We also provide monthly staff training to encourage everyone to work as a team, stay up to date on the newest trends and recommendations. Requirements
Mountain View Animal Hospital is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated and friendly team. Our CSRs serve as the first point of contact for clients, playing a crucial role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience for both pets and their owners. Responsibilities: • Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records • Process payments and prepare invoices accurately • Educate clients on preventive care, products, and services • Support the veterinary team by ensuring smooth front desk operations • Handle stressful situations with empathy, tact, and professionalism Qualifications: • High school diploma required; college degree preferred • Strong customer service experience; veterinary or medical setting preferred but not required • Proficient with computers and adaptable to software; experience with Avimark practice management system is a plus • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities • Team-oriented, positive attitude, and compassionate nature • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods • Genuine love for animals and their owners Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive pay starting at $18 per hour, based on experience • Paid time off and holidays • Employee discounts on veterinary services and products • Supportive, team-focused work environment • Opportunities for professional growth and development Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
