We're a privately owned urgent care where great medicine, teamwork, and laughter go hand in hand. No corporate nonsense, just a supportive team, plenty of snacks, lots of humor, and a hospital cat named Simon who takes his supervisory role very seriously. Requirements
✅ DVM or VMD degree and eligibility for veterinary licensure in Virginia ✅ Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help both pets and their people ✅ Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player ✅ Comfortable managing urgent care cases, or eager to learn with support and mentorship ✅ Positive attitude, good sense of humor, and willingness to jump in wherever needed ✅ Interest in helping build and improve a growing practice ✅ Commitment to practicing high-quality, compassionate medicine ✅ Weekend availability (because unfortunately pets don't read business hours) **Bonus points if you:** 🐾 Love procedures and surgery 🐾 Enjoy point-of-care ultrasound 🐾 Thrive in a fast-paced environment 🐾 Like solving diagnostic puzzles 🐾 Have ideas about how veterinary medicine can be better and want to help make them happen Whether you're an experienced urgent care doctor or a GP looking for a change of pace and more interesting cases, we'd love to hear from you.
