Join a progressive, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in Virginia Beach that is entering an exciting new chapter—with a brand-new, purpose-built facility, which opened in March 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, collaborative team that prides itself on delivering high-quality medicine across a diverse caseload, including companion animals, avian, and exotic species. This is a multi-doctor practice with exceptional staff retention—many of the veterinarians have been with the hospital for over a decade—creating a stable, supportive, and genuinely team-oriented environment. The hospital is fully equipped for advanced diagnostics and surgical procedures, and the move to a new building will further enhance its capabilities, offering a modern, thoughtfully designed workspace with up-to-date technology. Mentorship is a cornerstone of the culture here. Whether you’re a new graduate looking for structured support or an experienced DVM eager to mentor others, you’ll find an environment that prioritizes development, open communication, and continuous learning. Backed by a wider network of veterinarian-led hospitals, you’ll benefit from both local autonomy and the resources of a larger group—without losing the feel of a close-knit practice.
