VSC was founded in 2004 and has developed from a small mobile surgery service to its present-day size. All while maintaining a culture that champions the highest standards of care and compassion. Today the service includes three locations in Vienna, VA, Leesburg, VA and Gaithersburg, MD. Including full-scale surgery, neurology, internal medicine, and advanced imaging. We proudly host a team of over 70 passionate and dedicated individuals including board certified specialists, House officers, VTS certified technician, licensed technical teams, and caring and compassionate floor teams. We’ve built a loyal base among local primary veterinarians and pet owners, who entrust us with the care of their patients and pets every day.
We are located inside Hope Advanced Veterinary Center, which is a multi-specialty + emergency small animal hospital located in Vienna, VA. We offer all surgical services for this hospital, and work with the other specialty departments on a daily basis for a unified, collaborative approach to provide the best medical care for our patients! Requirements
Veterinary Surgical Center at Hope Advanced Veterinary Center is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Technician to our team at our Vienna location. This role will work primarily with our boarded surgeons and residents in our surgery service, but will also have the opportunity to work with our boarded neurologist and their team. At VSC, we are committed to providing world-class orthopedic and soft tissue surgery in a respectful environment that brings comfort to owners and instills confidence in primary care veterinarians. Each of our clinics shares a facility with other specialty practices, allowing for direct daily collaboration with specialists. This collaborative approach to medicine allows for the highest quality of patient care as well as opportunities for continuous learning.
