AGAH provides high quality veterinary medicine, focusing on excellent communication and emphasizing outstanding customer service in a mutually respectful working environment. We are looking for friendly, hardworking, team-oriented individuals, preferably with prior experience in the veterinary field. Applicants must be able to handle difficult situations with professionalism and compassion, while also being comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment. The ideal applicant will possess a strong attention to detail, personal responsibility, and maturity. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. Our CSRs ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
