Atlas are excited to be representing a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Richmond, VA, who are seeking a Medical Director to lead their team. This full-service hospital has an excellent reputation in the community for providing outstanding veterinary care in a collaborative, supportive environment. The practice is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, and laser surgery instruments, enabling the team to deliver advanced diagnostics and treatments. The caseload is varied, covering dogs, cats, pocket pets, exotics, and the occasional avian patient. The team is experienced, compassionate, and highly collaborative, creating a workplace where both seasoned clinicians and newer graduates can thrive. As Medical Director, you will play a vital role not only in providing exceptional care but also in guiding, mentoring, and supporting your team. The position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on both the hospital’s culture and the quality of care delivered to its patients.
