Client Service Rep – Veterinary Office 📍 Richmond, VA | 💵 Pay: $16/hour | ⏰ Mon–Thurs, 7 AM–5:30 PM We’re Helping Hands Affordable Veterinary Surgery & Dental Care — a high-volume surgical + dental clinic (no general practice medicine). We help pets get the care they need at an affordable cost, and we need a full-time, in-person Client Service Rep (CSR) to be the friendly face + reliable support that keeps our team moving. What You’ll Do Greet clients, schedule appts, answer phones 📞 Talk through surgeries + anesthetic risks (we’ll train you) 🐾 Handle payments + client records 💻 Run bloodwork + update charts 🧪 Help with intakes, discharges, laundry, cleaning, and even animal restraint when needed ✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who Shows up on time, ready to work ⏳ Can handle tough convos (yes, including risks + loss) 💙 Thrives in a busy, team-focused space 🚀 Brings positive energy + professionalism every day 🌟 Wants to grow with us long-term 🌱 Veterinary/medical experience = a plus, but we’ll train the right person. ⚡ Ready to join a team that makes a real impact?
