Director of Hospital Operations / Veterinary Practice Manager Just Cats Clinic is seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to independently oversee all business and administrative operations of our privately owned, feline-exclusive veterinary hospital in Reston, Virginia. This is a senior leadership position with real authority and accountability. You'll manage a team of approximately 35 employees, oversee hiring and performance management, control budgets and operating expenses, optimize workflows, and drive financial and operational performance. We're looking for a proactive, financially savvy leader who can make independent decisions, develop strong teams, solve problems, and implement meaningful improvements without constant oversight. Our AAHA-accredited, Gold Certified Cat Friendly hospital provides primary care, urgent care, advanced diagnostics, surgery, and hospitalization 365 days a year.
