We’re partnering with a progressive, multi-specialty hospital in Northern Virginia seeking an experienced veterinarian to serve as Medical Director. This is a rare chance to join a highly respected, doctor-led organization that empowers veterinarians through true clinical leadership and ownership opportunities. This modern, fully renovated hospital offers 24/7 Emergency and Specialty services, including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Medical Oncology, and Ophthalmology. The facility boasts advanced imaging capabilities, including a Siemens CT, and is supported by an exceptional team of experienced clinicians and technicians. The hospital’s culture is collaborative, inclusive, and focused on excellence—creating an environment where everyone is encouraged to thrive professionally and personally. As Medical Director, you’ll work in a Dyad Leadership Model, partnering closely with the Hospital Director to guide both Emergency and Specialty teams. You’ll have the opportunity to influence clinical standards, mentor doctors, drive operational excellence, and shape the future growth of the hospital. This position offers a mix of leadership and clinical work—perfect for someone who enjoys both hands-on medicine and strategic impact.
