Part-Time Associate Veterinarian – Arlington, VA - #9847 Compensation: $67,000–$70,000 annually plus production Join an experienced, collaborative team that values quality medicine, mentorship, and work-life balance. We are seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal practice in Arlington, Virginia. The practice has proudly served the community for decades and provides compassionate medical, surgical, dental, and wellness care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinarian seeking flexibility or an early-career DVM looking for mentorship. The team includes long-tenured doctors and support staff who value collaboration, open communication, and individualized mentorship. The position offers a manageable schedule of approximately 14 appointments per day, with 30-minute wellness and sick appointments and no on-call or after-hours emergency responsibilities. Hospital hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–7:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. The hospital is closed Saturday and Sunday. The ideal candidate enjoys practicing high-quality small-animal medicine, building strong client relationships, advocating for patients, and working in a supportive environment that encourages learning and teamwork. About the Hospital Our hospital is equipped with the technology needed to practice high-quality medicine, including digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, therapy laser, IDEXX Catalyst & ProCyte in-house laboratory, a Dedicated surgical suite, and more!
