Job Description

This full-service, 2-DVM practice blends compassionate, personalized care with advanced medical technology in a supportive and collaborative setting. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that prioritizes both patient well-being and professional growth, where mentorship, continuing education, and a positive work environment are part of everyday life. This is a full-time position (four 10-hour shifts per week) with rotating Saturday coverage (maximum twice per month, open to negotiation). You’ll see a mix of wellness and medical cases for dogs and cats, with the opportunity to tailor your focus areas as your career develops. Key Highlights: • Established AAHA-accredited hospital with 38+ years serving the community • 2 Experienced DVMs on site to work alongside. • Modern facility equipped with digital X-ray, dental radiology, ultrasound, and in-house labs • Supportive, Fear Free–certified team environment • Full-time schedule with 4x10-hour shifts and 2 Saturdays per month • Strong mentorship for new graduates and collaborative environment for experienced DVMs • Comprehensive medical and surgical caseload – no two days are the same • Focus on wellness, preventative, and internal medicine About You: • DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US • You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Utah • Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to pets and their families • Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment • Committed to continuous learning and professional development Benefits: • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) with additional incentive programs • Health, dental, and vision coverage + access to wellness resources (Headspace, Fidelity tools, mental health support) • 401(k) with company match • Paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time • Continuing education allowance + paid CE days, with access to extensive CE library and clinical studies opportunities
