Associate Veterinarian – Spring, TX About the Role They are seeking a compassionate and skilled veterinarian to join a community-focused veterinary team in Spring, TX, serving pets in Spring, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas. This role is open to new graduates and experienced veterinarians, offering an opportunity to grow professionally while delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative care. About the Team They operate in a state-of-the-art, 5,100-square-foot facility, providing comprehensive veterinary services including: Medical, surgical, behavioral, and nutritional care Modern diagnostic equipment and in-house laboratory support A supportive, collaborative environment with skilled veterinary technicians The team emphasizes: High-quality, compassionate patient care Relationship-driven client service Professional growth, mentorship, and career development Responsibilities: Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose disease or injury Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and interpret results Advise clients on preventative care and treatment options Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed Provide guidance around end-of-life care Maintain accurate patient medical records Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, policies, and relevant statutes Candidate Profile: DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution Appropriate state licensure and eligibility for DEA/BNDD Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, courteous, and team-oriented Ability to lift patients and equipment as required Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 USD per year, negotiable based on experience Bonus incentives Flexible work schedules and unlimited personal time Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits including 401(k) and Roth options with match Continuing education and licensure reimbursement Career path development and mentorship opportunities Employee assistance programs and mental health resources DVM referral program Relocation assistance available Why Spring, TX?
