A long-established small animal hospital in Seabrook, TX is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its close-knit, highly respected team. This is a full-service practice that has been serving the local community since 1980 and has built a strong reputation for comprehensive care, including wellness, surgery, diagnostics, and urgent care support. The clinic offers same-day and drop-off appointments, creating a varied and engaging caseload while maintaining an efficient workflow. This is a 2-doctor hospital where you’ll be working alongside experienced veterinarians in a genuinely collaborative environment. The team is supported by a strong, well-organized hospital manager and a reliable, experienced support staff, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality medicine. Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary of $120,000–$140,000, alongside a sign-on bonus and monthly production bonus with no negative accrual.
