A well established, full service small animal hospital in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative seven doctor team! Located just outside Austin in one of the area's most desirable and fast-growing communities, this practice has built a strong local reputation for delivering high quality, affordable care in a relaxed, welcoming environment. The hospital offers a genuinely full-service approach, spanning wellness and preventative care, diagnostics and testing, advanced care, surgical procedures, and grooming, giving you a broad and engaging caseload from day one. You will be joining a team of seven experienced veterinarians alongside a skilled paraprofessional support staff, creating a collaborative culture built around communication and shared clinical standards. For more complex cases, doctors have access to internal specialty consultation support, giving you an added layer of confidence when managing challenging or emergency presentations. The clinic operates consistent hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a half day Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, helping create a predictable and sustainable schedule. Compensation includes a competitive base salary of $120,000 to $150,000, plus a monthly production bonus with no negative accrual, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your long-term career growth.
