Veterinarian – Leadership & Partnership Track | Greater Houston, TX $115K–$180K+ | Production & Bonus Potential | Leadership Opportunities | Partnership/Equity Path | Relocation Assistance If you're looking for more than another Associate Veterinarian position, this opportunity offers several different paths depending on where you want your career to go. A growing group of companion animal practices in the Greater Houston area is looking for veterinarians interested in joining an established team with opportunities ranging from clinical practice to multi-site work, leadership, and potential partnership. Whether you want to focus primarily on medicine or you're ready to start thinking about leadership and ownership, there's room to build a role around your experience and long-term goals. Compensation & Benefits • $115,000–$180,000+ depending on experience and role • Production and performance-based earning potential • Partnership and equity opportunities • Medical, dental and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Continuing education allowance and paid CE time • Paid time off • Relocation assistance available • Flexible scheduling depending on position The Opportunity Depending on your experience and interests, your role may include: • Providing high-quality medical care to small animal patients • Preventive care, diagnostics and medical case management • Routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry • Building strong relationships with clients and their pets • Collaborating with veterinarians and an experienced support team • Practicing across multiple locations if desired • Mentoring and providing clinical leadership • Helping shape hospital culture, clinical standards and future growth For veterinarians interested in the business side of veterinary medicine, there is also an opportunity to explore a partnership path with greater involvement in the growth and direction of the practice. What We're Looking For • DVM or VMD degree • Texas veterinary license or ability to obtain one • Interest in companion animal medicine • Comfortable with general surgery and dentistry, or interested in continuing to develop those skills • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach • Leadership experience is helpful for Lead Veterinarian opportunities but isn't required for every position You don't necessarily need to be looking for ownership today.
