Associate Veterinarian | True PTO + Flexible Compensation | Houston Heights Area $120K–$160K + Production | True PTO | Flexible Compensation | CE PTO | 401(k) Match Looking for a GP position where you can practice good medicine, continue developing your skills, and actually enjoy your time away from work? We're looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative small animal practice in the Houston Heights area. This is an opportunity for a veterinarian who values clinical autonomy, a supportive team, professional growth, and a compensation structure that offers flexibility based on what's important to you. The Opportunity You'll provide comprehensive general practice care for companion animals while working alongside an experienced veterinary and support team. Your day-to-day may include: • Preventive and wellness care • Diagnostics and medical case management • Routine soft-tissue surgery • Dentistry • Client education and relationship building • Collaboration with fellow veterinarians, technicians and support staff Comfort with general surgery and dentistry is preferred, but we're also interested in veterinarians who want to continue building those skills.
