Associate Veterinarian - Dallas, TX Small Animal GP | Base + Production | No Negative Accrual | Collaborative Team The Opportunity An established small animal practice in Dallas is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys comprehensive general practice, building long-term client relationships, and working in an environment where quality medicine and teamwork are priorities. You'll care for pets throughout every stage of life while working alongside a supportive veterinary team and having access to additional clinical and professional-development resources. The Medicine The hospital provides comprehensive small animal general practice with a diverse caseload that includes: • Preventive and wellness care • Sick-patient medicine • General surgery • Dentistry • Diagnostics • Ongoing medical management The practice emphasizes consistent, high-quality medicine, compassionate patient care, and making veterinary services accessible to its client community. Compensation + Production The compensation structure combines a competitive base salary with additional production earning potential. Schedule • Full-time position • Weekday and Saturday hospital hours I would leave it there rather than promising a particular Saturday rotation.
