A brand-new, small-animal hospital in Pflugerville, TX, is seeking an ambitious DVM to join as Medical Director and Co-Owner. You will have influence if you’d like to offer additional services and require further investments in specific equipment. You’ll collaborate closely with an experienced operations team and a supportive clinical leadership group that values communication, mentorship, and a shared vision. With no weekends or after-hours responsibilities, you’ll have the balance you need while shaping the culture, standards, and direction of your own hospital.
