Committed to offering a positive work/life balance and eradicate burn-out, you will enjoy a consistent, predictable 4/10 schedule during the week with occasional weekend requirements with days off during the week to compensate. You will never work more than 4 days in any given week. You will also receive 4 weeks PTO increasing to 5 weeks with length of service with no production make-up as you will receive a guaranteed straight salary up to $175,000 along with a multitude of exceptional benefits.
