Requirements
A thriving small animal clinic in Mansfield, TX is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative team! This is a unique hybrid position combining general practice and urgent care, ideal for a veterinarian who loves the pace of emergency medicine but also enjoys new patient wellness exams, managing medical cases, and building lasting client relationships. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. The clinic offers a well-rounded mix of medical, dental, and surgical care alongside urgent care, an in-house pharmacy, and medical boarding. Walk-ins and same-day appointments keep each day varied and engaging. Comfort with urgent surgical procedures such as foreign bodies and c-sections, or a genuine willingness to learn them, is important for this role. You’ll have access to advanced diagnostic and treatment tools, including full abdominal ultrasound, digital and dental radiography, laser therapy, and a comprehensive surgical suite. This is a doctor-led practice where veterinarians are empowered to practice medicine their way. You’ll join a supportive, close-knit team with access to mentorship, customized CE, leadership development, and a clear pathway to partnership without the heavy financial pressure that usually comes with ownership. The clinic is open weekdays and Saturdays until 2pm, with Sundays always closed.
