Medical Director Firehouse Animal Health Center Kyle | Kyle, TX We’re seeking a Medical Director to lead our team while continuing to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative, supportive environment. At Firehouse, our doctors value client relationships, shared knowledge, and a positive team culture. In this role, you’ll help shape that culture, mentor and develop your team, and work alongside your Practice Manager, Operations Leaders, and Support Center to support clinical excellence and hospital growth. Firehouse Animal Health Center Kyle offers a state-of-the-art facility with an incredible team of doctors at varying levels of experience, creating an environment where collaboration and shared knowledge are part of the day-to-day culture. Our top-notch diagnostic equipment and broad range of services allow us to see diverse cases, from routine wellness and preventive care to advanced surgical procedures for dogs, cats, and exotic animals. You’ll work alongside a well-trained technical team and a tenured Practice Manager, giving the support you need to focus on your patients and practice great medicine. Leadership Responsibilities: Mentor & Develop: Guide a high-performing team of veterinarians and support staff, encouraging growth through regular training and development. Foster Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations, implement best practices, and meet client demand efficiently. Build Strong Relationships: Create a trusting, compassionate environment for both clients and staff, advocating for pets and their quality of life. Drive Success: Collaborate on annual planning, budgeting, and productivity goals to ensure the hospital’s success and sustainability. Clinical & Operational Impact: Deliver Excellence: Use your expertise to create comprehensive treatment plans, building trust through clear communication and follow-up. Lead with Confidence: Oversee daily hospital operations, delegating tasks to maximize productivity while maintaining high standards of care. Enhance Client Relationships: Address client concerns with empathy, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Uphold Integrity: Set the tone for ethical decision-making, promoting a culture of excellence.
