Are you an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role where you can shape the future of a thriving, small animal hospital? This AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Kingwood, TX, is looking for a Medical Director to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to balance clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities. You’ll continue practicing high-quality medicine while having dedicated time to establish medical standards, mentoring associates, and ensuring patient care as a priority. With the backing of a supportive management team and specialists in operations, HR, marketing, and more, you’ll have the freedom to focus on medicine and leadership. The hospital is home to three seasoned DVMs, and a skilled support team with a 3:1 support ratio. The facility is equipped with advanced technology, including digital radiology, ultrasound, therapeutic and surgical lasers, and a wide range of surgical capabilities. The team is committed to a fear-free approach, ensuring patients and clients alike feel at ease.
