Corinth Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dependable, animal-loving Kennel Assistant to join our team! This role focuses on the care of boarding pets-ensuring their comfort, safety, and cleanliness during their stay. If you're passionate about animals and looking for a Part-Time role, we'd love to hear from you! Compensation ** $16-$17 per hour for each hour worked* Schedule: Weekday shifts, rotating weekends, alternating holidays mandatory. Responsibilities : Provide attentive care to boarding dogs and cats Feed, walk, and monitor pets for health and behavior changes Clean kennels and hospital areas as needed Maintain a safe and sanitary environment Work independently and responsibly Minimum Qualifications & Skillset: 1+ years of experience as a veterinary kennel assistant / kennel technician preferred Will consider related experience within animal care such as boarding / doggy daycare attendant, FFA or 4H background Punctual and reliable Desire for knowledge & growth in the veterinary field Willing to work holidays and weekends Excellent communication & customer service skills Corinth Veterinary Clinic is truly something special-a seven-time "Best of Denton County" winner and a trusted pillar of the Hickory Creek, Corinth, Shady Shores, Lake Dallas, and Denton communities.
