We've got the place for you! North Dallas Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital is a brand-new state-of-the-art hospital in Frisco, TX. We are searching for: · Emergency Veterinary Technician Our Veterinary Technicians assist our doctors in a wide range of duties. Including placement of IV catheters, blood draws, IV fluid maintenance, diagnostics, supportive therapies, surgical scrub, anesthesia monitoring, post-op patient monitoring, documentation, communication with clients. What we are looking for: · LVT or Experienced Veterinary Assistant (minimum 2 year experience) dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care. · Culture drivers- people looking to make a difference in the day to day, promote teamwork, trust, collaboration, and FUN! · Adaptable - willing to jump in and do what it takes to provide the best patient and client experience! · You possess clinical skills and experience that include (but are not limited to): Safe patient restraint Phlebotomy and catheter placement Knowledge of radiology safety and proper technique Anesthesia monitoring proficiency Fluid Management Medication administration (Sub-q, IV, IM)
