Requirements
A 24/7 emergency hospital in Fort Worth, TX is looking to welcome a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to their passionate team. This is a genuinely unique opportunity to join a practice that has reimagined what a veterinary clinic can look and feel like. The hospital was purpose-built from the ground up with both pets and their families in mind, featuring a mostly glass design throughout that allows clients to stay visually connected to their pet even when they are not in the same room. The open, airy layout is filled with natural light and designed to reduce anxiety for both animals and the people who love them. Outdoor exams are also available for pets who do not do well indoors, adding another layer of thoughtful, individualized care. The hospital operates around the clock, offering 24/7 emergency walk-in services with no appointment required, ensuring that when pets need care most, help is always available. The team currently includes 11 dedicated Veterinarians working collaboratively across emergency and general practice disciplines. The hospital also holds a deep commitment to the local community, having provided over $100,000 in complimentary veterinary care to service dogs in training being raised in the Fort Worth area. In this role, you will provide emergency care for sick and injured patients, manage hospitalized cases, assess and diagnose incoming patients, develop treatment plans, and partner closely with your technician team to ensure high-quality execution of care. You will be backed by advanced on-site diagnostics, fast in-house testing, and an experienced support team, as well as round-the-clock virtual support for your patients. Compensation is structured to reward your expertise and impact, with an attractive pro/sal model and annual earnings starting at $180,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
