Job Description

Fall in love with your job again! This is a rare opportunity to join an AAHA-accredited, full-service veterinary hospital in the beautiful town of Flower Mound, TX. This stunning, stand-alone clinic sees a diverse caseload of GP, UC, and ER cases daily with four (soon to be five!) dedicated, collaborative Veterinarians having built up a stellar reputation in the community for over 35 years! With a large emphasis on client education and building relationships, there is no wonder why they are consistently rated as one of the best veterinary hospitals in the area. In addition to offering a full general practice service, the hospital is often frequented by board-certified specialists and is also equipped to offer advanced procedures such as complex internal medicine cases, cardiology, oncology, endocrinology, and orthopedic surgery to name a few! The clinic is home to state-of-the-art facilities including ultrasound, in-house labs, digital radiology, EKG, video otoendoscopy, tonometry, and an impressive surgical suite. Closed on Sundays, the hospital is able to offer veterinarians a positive work-life balance working just four days per week and Saturday mornings on rotation with the other doctors, roughly 1 Saturday morning per month. There are no out of hours or on-call requirements with this position. The hospital is open to veterinarians of all experience levels with more recent graduates being welcomed by a fantastic mentorship program and ongoing peer-to-peer mentorship.
