We are seeking a passionate Associate Veterinarian to join a fast-paced small animal practice with a dynamic team of 6 doctors in El Paso, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who thrives in a high-energy, team-oriented setting and enjoys the variety and pace of a walk-in model. Whether you're an experienced DVM or early in your career, this hospital offers a welcoming environment focused on collaboration, growth, and delivering excellent patient care. You’ll be joining a team of six veterinarians, including two supportive Medical Directors and four experienced associates who work closely together to ensure consistent, high-quality medicine. With a walk-in model and shared caseload, there’s no pressure to build a client base—just a steady stream of diverse wellness, sick, and urgent care cases.
